Friday, January 07, 2005 trg is so PRODUCTIVE!! hey...trg is so productive!! love it!!! if we continue to trg like tis.. we can all slim down!! muahahas..lolx... todae we ran 2 run (fast) rounds... den 2 rounds wif balls... den stretching... den did 30 push ups den 30 crunches... b4 going short water break..lolx.. den continue to do square drills 'pop' passes... plus other drills... in btw drop balls of coz gt sum punishment..lolx.. den brak again... den did crushers... den 3 on 2 den crushers again... den games...lolx.. everytingy done in 2 hrs!! heheheZ... thou might ting it's nth special.. but i truly feel tis is the best trg we had on our own.. n i would luv to haf more of tis type of trg again... mayb if we haf trg on our own instead of hafing a coach is more benefical for us...lolx.. kekeke.. todae the whole team is so hippi!! muhahahas..lolx. oh yeh!! kekeke... anyway.. den i went to haf dinner after tt... i eat healthy tingy lahz..lolx.. muahahas..lolx.. den gus wad??! i aw mS peh!!! muhahaahas..lolx. gosh.. isnt tt gre8!! kekeke..lolx.. anyway...tml 04S11 meeting john n haf breakfast wif him.. like a farewell tingy lahz.. he leaving spore for m'sia soon le... sobZ....
